How It Works
Submit Your Request:
Fill out the “Request a Refill” form, letting us know which products you'd like topped up, and where you'd like it done (home, office, or another location).
We Get in Touch:
Once the form is received, a member of the Strange Bird team will reach out directly to confirm the products, date, and time of the refill appointment.
Refill Day:
On the scheduled day, Camily from the Strange Bird team will arrive with fresh product to refill your existing bottles.
Payment:
The cost depends on the products being refilled. Payment is collected once the order is confirmed, either online or in person.
